Contemporary condo This new build was such a fun project, the client was open to light colors, hard surfaces and custom touches. The beautiful engineered hardwood floors and gold accents immediately draw your attention. Incorporating walnut shelving accents with the creamy cabinets provide a warm touch and a defined space for the functional coffee bar. The gas fireplace finished with shiplap surround adds texture and dimension to the living room making the gathering space inviting and cozy for those chilly winter days. The tile floor provided a great transition from the

hardwood and brought out the gold accents for this custom bathroom.
