Customer lounge

How do you welcome your customers? What better way than making it feel like home. This customer lounge was an outdated space that did not match the companies' premier products and services.

The space is large and has multiple zones. Customers can potentially spend the whole day in the space, so why not give them the amenities they need.

“When we walked in, we thought we were at the wrong place, it had  changed so much since our last visit.”

I modernized this very outdated space but used finishes that will last the test of time. Choosing a very neutral color palette is going to be key in style longevity. Adding hits of cognac leather and a wood ceiling treatment keep the space warm and inviting.

In the kitchen zone I chose white oak cabinetry, paired with a solid white Corian countertop and a white subway tile laid in a brick pattern. The peninsula is a great place for customers to sit and have a coffee or work on their laptop. The kitchen is complete with a sink and bar fridge.

The dinning area adjacent to the kitchen is a little private area for having lunch or working remotely. The original, natural beam and black industrial accents add some contrast and character.
