Lilac Main floor Renovation

Every renovation is an opportunity to redefine a home’s potential. We transformed the layout to improve both form and function. The renovation included removing problematic angles and reworking floorplan areas that did not serve the lifestyle of the homeowners. A key feature was the creation of a modern kitchen that boasts a large island, direct access to the deck, and a spacious hidden pantry for all storage needs. We also moved the dining area and removed a corner fireplace, opening up space for social gatherings. To increase practicality, we incorporated a newly built mudroom at the rear entrance, ensuring a smooth transition from outdoors.
