Country Remodel

It begins with a 1980’s custom home on an acreage in the country. The 80’s home had never been remodelled, which made it attractive to my clients. The major things stayed the same; the layout & the plumbing and a few walls came down and they started with a clean slate.  In this 1900 sq foot home we concentrated on the main floor;  3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Living, Dinning, Kitchen, breakfast nook, main & back entrances main floor laundry. 

The goal was to create an open floorpan with a minimal color palette in a Modern Farmhouse esthetic.
