The ceiling was completed with maple shiplap to tie the living spaces together and provide the right amount of texture to the ceiling. Every room was customized to the clients needs and every square inch was utilized for function. Classy black accents were chosen for the lighting and faucets to compliment to rooms. A beautiful butlers pantry with white oak accent cabinets as well as walnut butcher block counter was one of the clients must haves and the space worked perfectly with the new floor plan. The galley style kitchen with waterfall island seats 6 comfortably and quickly became the gathering space in the home for family and friends. The

dining room feature wall was the perfect unexpected addition to this renovation.
